1A: Groups  
Reservations should be confirmed, amended or cancelled as a deadline 45 days prior to check in dates.
Rooming list to be submitted 30 days prior except for Christmas, New Year and Easter period 40 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations and/or amendments of confirmed cabins and/or rooms incur fees to the full charge of the foreign tour operator, travel agent or customer.

If the itinerary or program indicates specific hotels or boats, GEO TOURS reserves however the right to offer a different hotel or boat of the same category if necessary. 

Bookings are to be made by E-mail or fax through GEO  TOURS head office in Cairo.

1B: Individuals:  
Clients must acknowledge that they have read description of the tour, general and special conditions of sales and all information and notes include d in the brochure.

The documents, vouchers etc will be given to clients directly in our office (5 El Messaha street, Dokki – Cairo). A single client willing to share a twin agrees to pay single supplement in case that we cannot find another client to share the room. During the tour if single room is not available, the difference between double room and single room will be reimbursed on the way back.   

Bookings are to be made by E-mail or fax through GEO  TOURS head office in Cairo.

All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible principals will be informed of the booking status. 

   
3A : Cancellations from the foreign tour operator, travel agen or customer :

If the foreign tour operator, travel agent or customer wishes to cancel his booking for any reason, he may be liable to the following charges depending the date GEO TOURS receives the notice of the cancellation 

3A1: Individuals ( 1 to 9 persons )

Period before arrival                  

up to 30 days : no cancellation fees  
30 days to 21 days : 25 % cancellation fees  
20 days to 08 days : 50% cancellation fees  
07 days to 02 days : 75 % cancellation fees 
Less than 2 days : 100 % cancellation fees

3A2: Groups ( 10 persons and more )

Period before arrival                  

up to 45 days : no cancellation fees  
45 days to 30 days : 10 % cancellation fees  
30 days to 15 days: 50 % cancellation fees  
15 days to arrival : 100 % cancellation fees 

3A3 : Amendments  
GEO TOURS reserves the right to charge the foreign tour operator, travel agent or customer all costs and fees if the amendments generate charges paid to other services suppliers. 

3B : Cancellations or amendments from Geotours

3B1: GEO TOURS reserves the right to cancel or not to provide any services  which have not been fully prepaid in accordance with the payment schedule. 

3B2: GEO TOURS reserves the right to cancel or alter any/or all services without prior notice, if equivalent services can be offered to the client.  

3B3: GEO TOURS reserves the right to cancel or alter any or all services due to circumstances that arise beyond its control. In that case, GEO TOURS endeavours to offer alternative arrangements or will refund to client all deposits paid.

Domestic air transportation is by EGYPTAIR and/or Egyptian charter airlines, or any other carrier. Air transportation is subject to schedule availability and suitability to the itinerary. 

Reservations will be confirmed only if seats are available. 

If the foreign tour operator, travel agent or customer reserves and/or issues domestic air flights inside Egypt, domestic and international tickets are combined. In this case, the issuing carrier must be instructed with the reservation request that GEO TOURS is the handling agency, as it is the procedure of EGYPTAIR and other airlines. Moreover, the foreign tour operator, travel agent or customer must indicate to GEO TOURS the flights details in his reservation. 

Quoted rates are net, subject to change and will be confirmed by GEO TOURS. The rates 
are per person and include taxes. They are not applicable for Egyptians, Arabs and residents. 

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in US Dollars. Every product and tour program indicates clearly what is included and what is not included. 

6A - GROUPS :
A deposit of 25 % is required upon receiving confirmation by GEO TOURS. The balance should be received by GEO TOURS at latest 30 days before services starting .    

For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full price must be paid immediately upon receiving confirmation by GEO  TOURS.   

6B - INDIVIDUALS : 
Subscription to a tour  means that a 35% deposit of global amount will be paid. The balance must be paid 1 month before arrival in Egypt. No receipt will be sent. Client who has not paid his tour is considered as cancelled therefore cancellation fees will be applied. In case of subscription by E-mail, it is advisable to use our subscription form. In case of subscription by another way, client recognizes having read general and special conditions of sales and agrees with them. We do not accept subscription by mail without an deposit. Around fortnight after the subscription a confirmation invoice will be mailed informing dates, departure and return spots, tour, total rate, deposit and balance to be paid.

For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full price must be paid immediately upon receiving confirmation by GEO  TOURS.   

All payments are to be effected by means of a bank swift transfer to the order of GEO TOURS or a bank transfer to : 

According to circumstances, services and/or itineraries not rendered and/or interrupted because of reasons depending directly on GEO TOURS can be refunded. Otherwise, all services not utilised for any reasons whatever will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

In case of any complaints, the client must immediately notify the local tour leader or the representative of GEO TOURS  in order to rectify the matter as soon as possible. If the matter cannot be rectified, the client has to notify immediately the complaint directly to GEO TOURS head office. In this case, the claim should be made in writing within 30 days after the end of services. Any claims made after this period will not be considered by GEO TOURS. 

GEO TOURS acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and others suppliers and has no general control over them. Therefore, GEO TOURS shall not be liable for any act of negligence from a supplier unless such a person is either employed by GEO TOURS or is his agent and under his direct control. 

GEO TOURS shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the clients including those occurred in/outside the tour programs. The clients are advised to insure themselves against any possible personal damage or injury. Additional expense incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be born by the clients. 

Prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of going in print and are subject to change without prior notice. Booking any products and/or tour programs of GEO TOURS implies the agreement to the above conditions. 

Furthermore, the terms and conditions as laid down by the Egyptian Tourist Touristic Laws and the Egyptian Association of Travel Agencies will apply. 
GEO TOURS is fully licensed inbound and outbound tour operator.
